Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups yellow moong dal/split


  • 1 cups finely chopped spinach


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder


  • 1 tsp salt - to taste


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp for tempering : clarified butter/ghee


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 5 nos finely chopped garlic

Directions

  • Wash Moong Dal/Split And Add In The Pressure Cooker With Three Cup Of Water.
  • When Cooker Release The Whistle Sim The Flame For Five Mins. Once Cooled,Mix The Dal.
  • Heat Clarified Butter In A Pan.
  • Add Spinach Leaves,Turmeric Powder,Red Chilly Powder,Cumin Seeds Powder And Salt And Mix Well.
  • Cook Spinach In Slow Flame For Five Mins.
  • Add Ready Moong Dal In The Pan And Mix Well. Add Moong Dal In The Service Bowl And Tempered.
  • Heat Clarified Butter In A Pan. Add Cumin Seeds And Garlic Cloves Fry Till Dark Brown. Tempered The Dal,Serve Hot.
